ABRASIV: Analysis of Brain Activity and Signal Visualization
Research, Software Engineering, Neurotechnology
March 2022 - June 2023
ABRASIV (Analysis of BRain Activity and SIgnal Visualization) is a research tool I designed for the analysis of brain activity and signal visualization, providing an interface to load, process, and plot EEG recordings for exploratory analysis.
I designed this software pipeline during the completion of my Undergraduate Thesis in collaboration with the Union College Department of Neuroscience, the Union College Department of Computer Science, and the National Center for Adaptive Neurotechnologies (NCAN).
